(Hufnagel, 1767)

Wingspan 22-25 mm.

A fairly local species which occurs in coastal sandhills in the south of Britain, as well as the Breckland district of East Anglia.

The moths fly from dusk onwards, and sometimes come to light.

Lady's bedstraw (Galium) is the main foodplant of the larva.
