Please note that the NBN Gateway map service has been terminated as of 1 April 2017.
As soon as a replacement map service is available, distribution maps will hopefully appear here again.
In the meantime, you can get some idea of distribution from the NBN Atlas website.

Four-spotted Footman Lithosia quadra
(Linnaeus, 1758)
Wingspan 35-55 mm.
This sexually dimorphic species is resident along the south-west coast of England and Wales, and is also an occasional immigrant.
Only the females have the spots which give the species its name; often there appears to be only three spots, as the wings overlap when at rest.
The larvae feed on lichens on the bark of deciduous trees.
It flies from July to September.
