Lampronia flavimitrella
(Hübner, [1817])
Wingspan c. 13-15mm.
A rare species, only discovered in the British Isles in 1974, when one was found in Hampshire, but since found in a number of locations in the South East.
The larva is believed to feed on bramble (Rubus).
Adult moths are on the wing in May and June, and are active on sunny afternoons, in common with a number of other Lampronia species.
