Crambus perlella - Distribution map
Please note that the NBN Gateway map service has been terminated as of 1 April 2017.
As soon as a replacement map service is available, distribution maps will hopefully appear here again.
In the meantime, you can get some idea of distribution from the NBN Atlas website.

Crambus perlella
(Scopoli, 1763)
Wingspan 21-28 mm.
A relatively common species throughout much of the British Isles, the typical form is creamy white with a slight silken lustre. There is also a differently-marked form, f. warringtonellus, which has heavy streaking.
The larvae feed on grasses, in a silken gallery amongst the base of the stems.
The adults fly in July and August, and are attracted to light.
