679 Depressaria emeritella

Stainton, 1849

Wingspan - 22-26 mm.

It is doubtful whether this species has occurred in Britain, although it is found throughout Europe.

The moth is univoltine, flying in July and August and then hibernating until the following spring.

The larval foodplant is tansy (Tanacetum vulgare).
